You can find various small shops selling different items of crafts, oriental pepper mils, and oriental carpets called cilimi etc. at a reasonable price. Most of the shops are found on the roadside. These shops are a good place to bargain and buy interesting things. A place called Brass Alley in Sarajevo is full of small shops that sell brass, copper and silver goods. You can get excellent mementos for your near and dear ones at home. Most of the crafts that are sold here have a Turkish influence. One of the most interesting things that you notice among the products that are sold here is that, many items are made from bullets and used shells from the war. It is very common to get a ballpoint pen made from two rifle rounds or buy a flower vase that is made from a caliber shell. The prices of the goods here are quite negotiable and you have to make a good bargain to get goods at a reasonable price.

Entertainment
The sources of entertainment in Bosnia and Herzegovina are not so modern as compared to the western countries. Although many efforts are being made by the companies to improve the entertainment avenues in the country but only few have been successful. Most of the entertainment facilities are restricted to skiing resorts and small clubs. There are small restaurants and cafes that serve as a place to relax and enjoy. Only the larger towns have reasonable facilities of bars, restaurants, and resorts that close around mid night. There are a few nightclubs in the bigger cities that stay open till early mornings and are a source of entertainment for the younger crowd. During the summer months many towns and villages organize dance and music festivals that are basically folk based. These festivals are carried out in open air theaters. The most common is the festival of arts that is held in July or August and Budva\'s medieval music festival that is held in June every year. The Sarajevo\'s film festival held in the last week of August every year is also one of the most famous ones.
