In close proximity to the Olympos a series of eternal flames are delivering forth from cracks in the rocks caused by trickling natural gas largely methane from the peak. It is however believed that the flames are emitted by Chimaera, a legendary savage creature that had the head of a lion, a snake’s tail and a goat’s body. It is also said that the Lydian hero, Bellerophon on his winged horse killed this creature. The picturesque location attracts tourist with the ruins present, grapevines, intriguing artifices, oleander, pines, lovely trees and figs apart from the interesting mystery masked. Shopping:

Shopping centres meant for tourists are available and they just seem to be growing in the number. Shopping for a bug budget would be going for goods like shoes, household items, Furniture, home accessories, ceramics, glassware, carpets, textiles, leather items and gold jewellery. When going for costly antique products, look out for fake ones present among the worthy ones. The small goods are more interesting and the best thing is you can bargain. Some small items that can be procured are jams, spices, herbs, cologne and nuts. The open and flea markets are to be watched out for fair prices. Shopping in the bazaars, you will gain quality products for a good price. It is not okay to export quality antique products so if you have procured one that looks like it ask the shop owner for a documentation that it is not an antique.
